1- What is the Al Rabie iPhone Application?    

Al Rabie App  is an application that allows you to search for nearby places, explore our whole products, find nutrition information, and build Loyalty with Us.

 

2- Why should I use Al Rabie app than using a phone?

Al Rabie is the one huge products, so you don’t need to go through the hassle of finding Al Rabie  depots numbers, waiting on hold or getting a busy signal while dialing a depots number or getting the wrong order due to miscommunication over the phone! Besides by using Al Rabie you can view menus with pictures of all your favorite drinks  in our easy to use website and apps.

We simply take your submitted order & go through a completely automated process, so you don’t have to deal with all the hassle of ordering and we make sure that you receive your order on time, every-time!

8- How do I update my app?

If you have your apps set to auto-update, the update will have been done for you by the first time you open your app after the new program launched. If not, when you click on the AL Rabie app, just follow the prompts to update, or visit the app store. You will need to log into your app store, which requires your app store password.

 

9- Why do I have to sign up to access the app?

Our new app gives you even easier access to the Products + recipes + healthy tips and more that you love. By signing up you'll be able to order our products, save, sort, rate and access recipes offline using the app.

 

10- Where can I download the app?

Please visit the Apple App Store to download Al Rabie App for iPhone and the Google Play Store to download Al Rabie App for all Android devices.

 

11- The map screen in the App does not work?

While this should be a rare case, it is a known issue with the Google maps interface. Simply rebooting your phone should solve this problem.

13- I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order. However, please note that if it is already dispatched your order then any additional items may be accounted as a new order.

 

14- Can I cancel my order? (subject to strict policy i.e. for late orders, missing items, wrong item, and delay in delivery.)

Yes, you can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing your order. Please note that you cannot cancel your order later on because your order would have been already processed from the our side. If your order was late for more than 20 minutes beyond the delivery promise time of the restaurant, you may also cancel your order.
